At least 21 days notice, has to be given to all members of the Cardiff & District Municipal Bowls League.
All notices of motion, must be received by the secretary, along with the club that is seconding the motion. No later than 30 days before, the date of the A. G. M.
All nominations, for officers, must be received by the secretary. No later than 10 days before, the date of the A. G. M.
There will be no, Any Other Business, included on the agenda for the A. G. M.
There needs to be a quorum, of at least half the members. Apologies for absence can be included.

Proposals from management.
- Any number of ladies can play in both the Premier and Championship Divisions. Up to a maximum of 50%.
- If a club has players who are also members of a Private Club, they must be registered with the C.D.M.B.L. before the 30th April.
- Any games postponed for the W.B.A. (Carruthers Shield), will be played the following Sunday after the postponed fixture, unless agreed by management.
- ie. If a game was postponed on Saturday 6th June, the game should be played on Sunday 7th June, unless there are County Championship fixtures on that date.
- Dress code
- Paragraph 50.
- Current: dress for games shall be white trousers /shorts, club tops/ club colours or white top and appropriate bowls footwear.
- Proposal: dress for games shall be white trousers/shorts, or club trousers/shorts, club tops/club colours or white tops and appropriate bowls footwear.
- Championship league
- When the league has too many teams to complete in one season. The league will be split into two leagues and a competition, be introduced to include the extra games.
- Change the date for the A.G.M meeting from the last week of November to the Second week of November.
- Change any wording of E.G.M. To secretary's /players meeting on the 2nd week of February.
- Competitions
- League winners prizes, shall only be given to a club representative from that club at the A.G.M.
